Products listed on our store are sourced from third-party international suppliers and manufacturers (primarily located outside of Pakistan, including not limited to China). We do not physically stock or manufacture the items sold on our website. Consequently, ownership and fulfillment are coordinated directly through our supply chain partners.

3. Product Representation & Disclaimer We make every reasonable effort to display product descriptions, colors, and images as accurately as possible. However, because products are sourced from international suppliers, minor variations in packaging, labeling, or design may occur. All products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Custom Delays While we strive to ensure timely delivery (typically within 5 to 8 business days across Pakistan under normal conditions), shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Rozella shall not be held liable for any delays in shipping caused by third-party courier services, international customs clearance procedures, force majeure events, or unforeseen logistical bottlenecks. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Pakistan, Rozella, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, or goodwill—arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, product defects, or shipping delays. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms and conditions, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
